decorating contractors in the Quad City Area

W.F. Scott Decorating, Inc. was established in 1939 by W.F. Scott.   The company provides complete industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential decorating services that include wallcoverings, painting, special coating applications, and sandblasting. Scott Decorating has long been a proud member of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA) and is also a member of the Finishing Contractors Association. In addition,  Scott Decorating has trained personnel in the application of electrostatic spray finishes, faux finishing, and epoxy floor coating systems

The company has committed itself to a company-wide, comprehensive safety program involving OSHA saftey standard awareness, HazCom Training, and respiratory protection.  All Scott Decorating personnel are trained and certified in the latest safety techniques of the trade.

Scott Decorating has participated in a number of historical renovation /preservation projects in the area including the (click to view) Circa 21 Dinner Playhouse, the Quinby House (residence of the Monmouth College president), the Beardsley House in Rock Island, and the two Richard Arnell homes on 7th Ave. in Rock Island, IL just east of 38St.  Stop by any of these locations for an exterior perspective of the latest in historical finishes and complimentary color applications

Graphic applications have been produced and installed at many area locations, particularly at local high school gymnasiums and athletic fields such as United Township High School, IL, Rock Island High School Stadium & Fieldhouse, Sherrard High School, Wood Intermediate School (Davenport, IA),  and the Colona Grade School.  Our staff is ready, able, and willing to bring your graphic ideas to reality.deas to reality.
